STANDARD, READY-TO-SHIP ORDERS
- Window for Cancellation: You may request to cancel a standard, non-customized order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it.
- How to Request: To cancel, you must immediately email our support team at support.kanhajijewels.in or whatsapp us with your exact Order Number.
- Shipped Items: Once an order has been handed over to our logistics and courier partners, it can no longer be canceled under any circumstances. If the item has already shipped, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our standard Replacement Policy (shipping and handling fees may apply).
ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY KANHA JI JEWELS
We reserve the absolute right to cancel any order placed on our platform at our sole discretion. Reasons for a company-initiated cancellation include, but are not limited to::
- Market Fluctuation Errors: Rapid, unpredictable spikes or drops in the global silver bullion market that cause an item to be incorrectly priced on our storefront.
- Stock Exhaustion: In rare instances where item inventory counts clash or raw silver materials become unavailable before assembly.
- Fraud Prevention: If our secure payment gateways flag your transaction as high-risk, unauthorized, or potentially fraudulent.
- Logistical Restrictions: If our delivery partners are unable to ship securely to your specified geographic location.
REFUND PROCESSING FOR CANCELED ORDERS
- Approved Cancellations: If your cancellation request is approved within the valid time window, or if Kanha Ji Jewels initiates the cancellation, we will reverse the transaction.
- Timeline: A full refund will be processed directly back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Digital Wallet) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Banking Delays: Please note that banking institutions have independent clearing times. Kanha Ji Jewels is not responsible for any secondary delays or minor processing fees levied by your bank during fund reversals.
